We shall time to time correct, revise or update whenever necessary. Your continued use of this website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

We open 24/7/365 to serve you on this site. All items are the selective of reliance sourced worldwide directly brought to you from abroad. In any event, items that are out of stock at the time you shopping, you may contact our Customer Service to back order the item(s) which will be shipped to you as soon as available in stock. You should feel free to purchase any items online or thru mail order as you wish.

Quantities/Amount of purchase
We may limit purchase quantities per item to each order whenever applicable, the ceiling set for any of those items may be with quantity restrictions is displayed on its product page as a guideline to you. The maximum purchase amount in total on this site per order is restricted to either $250.00 on payment by credit card, or $2,000.00 on payment thru PayPAL Standard, or $100.00 on payment by personal check, or $500.00 on payment by money order/cashier order.

Pricing/Duties & Taxes
All prices and charges on this website are in American funds. Unit price tagged on each product for sale is at its net value.

For purchase shipping to any U.S. destinations, no state taxes will be applied to your invoice. You will, however, need to accomplish customs clearance yourselves for the purchase. You may be required to settle with the carrier for your purchase, the US Postal Service (USPS), the payment of customs duties and/or state taxes, in case applicable. We will not guarantee delivery if your purchase so impeded by the U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) due to failure in compliance with their requirements, or the aforesaid carrier declines to release your purchase to you as you have not made payment of the customs duties and/or state taxes whichever applicable.

For purchase shipping to Canada address, GST/HST will be applied to your invoice; whereas, purchase to be shipped in British Columbia PST will be applied in addition to GST/HST.

Price guarantee
All prices and charges on this website may be changed without prior notice. There is NO price guarantee for any sale of products on our website, we do not accept claims for refund as to price difference in an identical brand/model you purchased earlier at a higher price than what are currently advertised.

Prices when checkout on this website if so under quoted or found inaccurate in comparing with The Company’s pricing schedule, may be adjusted to reflect in our order confirmation to you. You will be charged at the newly revised price.

Payment of your purchase
We accept the form of payment in: (1) Credit cards of either Visa or MasterCard - on submission of your credit card information to us for payment of your purchase and on approval granted from your credit card financial institute, thereupon, you will be charged to your credit card account the full payment. (2) PayPAL Standard - on selection of this payment option, you will be directed to the PayPAL secure site to process payment of your purchase. Once you have completed payment process for your purchase, you may return from the PayPAL secure site to continue shopping on our site. (3) Personal check and money order - should this be the choice of paying your purchase, you may want to firstly click to download an order form from our site, fill out accordingly and mail it to us with either your personal check or money order. Thereafter, shipment for your purchase will be released on receipt and clearance of your personal check or money order, longer time to process your order should be expected.

Order confirmation
When your purchase is paid by credit card or PayPAL, immediate after check out, you should receive from us an email with an order ID# as our confirmation of your purchase. For payment in personal check or money order, we shall send to you by mail our order confirmation on clearance of the personal check or cashier’s order for payment of your purchase.

Order cancelation
You have the full option to cancel any orders you placed with us provided they have NOT been delivered to the carrier or NOT collected for delivery by the carrier's agent. If payment of your purchase was made by credit card or PayPAL, you will be charged for all administrative expense incurred from the financial institute who had processed payment for you at the time you checked out on our Storefront; or you will be charged for a handling fee of $1.50 if your purchase was so paid by personal check or money order.

For any reasons you decided to cancel your order when the package of your purchase is being shipped to the delivery address of your order, you may want to refuse taking the package on arrival and to instruct the carrier's agent return it to sender. You will, however, be charged for all delivery costs incurred from shipping the package to you and returning it to us. In addition, a service fee of $6.50 will be charged to your account for cancelling the order as to your decision. If payment of your purchase was made by credit card or PayPAL, you will also be charged for all administrative expense incurred from the financial institute who processed payment on your behalf at the time you checked out on our Storefront; or you will be charged for a handling fee of $1.50 if your purchase was so paid by personal check or money order.

Delivery estimate
Delivery is basing on availability of the item(s) at the time you placed your order with us and the shipping options you chose. Delivery for order using Standard Shipping method would be in approximate 5 - 8 business days on ship date to any destination in the United States, and to destination in Canada would be in approximate 4 - 6 business days on ship date. Business days are weekdays (Monday-Friday) excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. When Express Shipping method at higher shipping cost is chosen, order will be processed on priority, delivery would be in approximate 3 - 5 business days to any destination in the United States, or approximately 3 business days to any destination in Canada. Business days are weekdays (Monday-Friday) excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. You would probably receive the package of your purchase earlier than estimate if your delivery address is not in a postal remote area.

Delivery quoted herein is of our best estimate, actual number of days needed to deliver your order may vary as to unforeseen factors. We do not guarantee a specific arrival date or time frame with any of the chosen shipping methods.

Shipping methods and Shipping costs
We ship virtually to any address in North America provided there are no local restrictions applied to the products to be shipped to. Costs of shipping your purchase depending very much on the total amount of purchase you made each time, a minimum cost of $5.95 will be charged for shipping & handling your purchase using "Standard Shipping" method to deliver to any destination in the United States; whereas, in Canada a minimum cost of $8.95 will be charged. Carrier for shipping using "Standard Shipping" method are Canada Post and/or US Postal Service.  When "Express Shipping" method is selected, carrier for shipping is either Canada Post, U.S. Postal Service or Federal Express Ground Service, the carrier chosen to deliver the package of your purchase is dependent on the best available at the time your order is being processed.

If you so wish to ship using a preferred shipper, or specific shipping methods other than those readily available shipping cost can be higher, you should contact our Customer Service for pricing prior to send in your order.

Please carefully provide us your delivery address, we can hardly amend delivery address once the carrier or the carrier's agent collected the package of your purchase for shipment. If the package of your purchase is returned due to wrong delivery address, we shall charge you the cost of returning the package of your purchase to us, and to ship it back to you again.

We reserve the right to choose partial ship your order, and/or cancel the unfilled portion as the result of in-hand inventory depleted at the time we process your order.  No retroactive shipping charges to your order when qualified for "Free Shipping" if we chose to partial ship, you will not be adjusted to the original shipping & handling charges that would have been applied; and there will be no additional charges to you for shipping in the later day to complete the unfilled portion of your order.

Title of goods and Risks in transit
Title of goods will be transferred to you from The Gear & Gadgets Network Marketing Company on your purchase delivered to carrier; thereafter, any loss and/or damage in transit will be of your risks to assume. Shipment that filling your order will not be initially insured unless otherwise instructed from your end. You will, however, be charged for the type of insurance you chose to cover for your purchase. Please contact our Customer Service for additional information.

Missing items
In the event if any item(s) you purchased were found missing in the content of the package that shipped to fill your order, you should report to us within 7 business days on receipt of the package. We shall not accept any claims of missing items after the given 7 days.

Claims for replacement
Product(s) that shipped to you if found damaged or malfunction on arrival, you will have 30 days from ship-date to file on us a claim for replacement. To do so, you need to help us identify the damage(s) thru email with a photograph or photographs of the part(s) involved. In case of malfunction, you will need to send back the defective device to us with a written account for evaluation. The replacement may either be a free of charge new device or re-conditioned upon return of the defective unit. Please make sure that a Return Merchandise Authorization Code (RMAC) is given to you before sending the malfunction product back to us. Do not send any products back without Return Merchandise Authorization Code assigned, we shall reject shipment that failed to comply with this requirement. You should be responsible to send the defective unit to us on “paid shipping”. In any event if shipping was not pre-paid, the actual cost we have to pay on your behalf of shipping the malfunction unit back will be charged to your account plus an additional administrative fee of $20.00.

Product return
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the merchandise with its original packing may be returned to us within 30 days as of its ship date for a refund. There are additional restrictions applied, please check with our Return Policy for further details.
