We shall time to time correct, revise or update whenever necessary. Your continued use of this website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

We are here serving you 24/7/365 on this StoreFront. All items are the selective of reliance brought to you from abroad. In any event, items that are out of stock at the time you shopping, you should feel free to contact our Customer Service to back order; your order will be filled as soon as stock is available.

Quantities/Amount of purchase
We may limit the quantity per item a customer can purchase whenever applicable; the ceiling set forth may be displayed on its relevant product detail page. The maximum amount per order is restricted to either $2,500.00 for payment on credit card, or $2,000.00 for payment thru PayPal.

Pricing/Duties & Taxes
All charges, fees and prices stated herein this Storefront are in American funds. Price per unit is at its net value, no further discount will be given.

Tax and duties are not charged for purchases shipped to any U.S. destinations. For purchases shipped to Canada, GST/HST will be applied to your invoice; PST will be applied in addition to GST/HST for shipping into British Columbia.

Price guarantee
All prices and charges on this Storefront may be changed without prior notice. There is NO price guarantee for any sale of products on this Storefront, we do not accept any claim for refunds as to price difference in an identical item you purchased earlier at a higher price than what are currently advertised.

We reserve the rights to revise your order if price under quoted on checkout or found inaccurate comparing with our current pricing schedule; you will be notified by email and charged the price difference thereafter per your agreement.

Payment of your purchase
We accept the form of payment in: (1) Credit cards - on submission of your credit card information to us for payment of your purchase your credit card account will be charged in full upon approval. (2) PayPal – When PayPal is chosen you will be directed to the secure site of PayPal for making payment of your purchase. Once you have completed the payment process your PayPal account is charged in full, you will be thereafter directed to our Storefront for continue shopping.

Order confirmation
Whether your purchase is paid by credit card or PayPal immediate after checkout you will receive from us an order confirmation via email with an order ID number along with the order particulars.

Order cancelation
You have the full option to cancel any orders you placed with us as long as they have NOT been delivered to the carrier or NOT collected for delivery by the carrier's agent. However, you will be charged for all administrative expense incurred from either your credit card company or PayPal for processing payment of your purchase.

For any reasons you decided to cancel your order when the package of your purchase is being shipped to your delivery address you may want to refuse taking the package on arrival and to instruct the carrier's agent to return it to sender. However, you will be charged for all delivery costs incurred from shipping the package to you and back. In addition, a service fee of $6.50 will be charged to your account for cancelling the order as to your decision.

Delivery estimate
Delivery of your order is based on the availability of the item(s) at the time you place your order with us and the shipping option you choose. Delivery for order using Standard Shipping method is estimated in approximately 5 - 8 business days on ship date to any destination in the United States. For Canada delivery is estimated approximately 4 – 6 business days on ship date. Business days are weekdays (Monday-Friday) excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. When Express Shipping method is chosen higher shipping cost is expected, order will be processed on priority, delivery is estimated approximately in 3 - 5 business days to any destination in the United States, or approximately 3 business days to any destination in Canada. Business days are weekdays (Monday-Friday) excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. You would probably receive the package of your purchase earlier than estimate if your delivery address is not in a postal remote area. Delivery quoted herein is of our best estimate, actual number of days needed to deliver your order may vary as to unforeseen factors. We do not guarantee a specific arrival date with any of the chosen shipping methods.

Shipping methods and Shipping costs
We ship virtually to any address in the 50 states and the federal district of the United States and 10 provinces and 3 territories in Canada provided there are no local restrictions applied to the products to be shipped to. Costs of shipping your purchase depending very much on the total amount of purchase you made each time, a minimum cost of $5.95 will be charged for shipping & handling your purchase used "Standard Shipping" method into the United States. For Canada a minimum cost of $8.95 will be charged for shipping & handling your purchase used "Standard Shipping" method. If "Express Shipping" method is chosen. Depending on the best available at the time your order is being processed, either Canada Post/U.S. Postal Service or Federal Express will be selected to deliver your purchase.

If you wish to ship using a preferred shipper, or a specific shipping methods other than those readily available shipping cost can be higher, you should contact our Customer Service for pricing prior to placing your order with us.

Please carefully provide us your delivery address; we can hardly amend the delivery address once the package of your purchase is sent for shipment. If the package of your purchase is returned due to wrong delivery address, we shall charge you the cost of package for returning to sender, and the cost of shipping same package to you again on amendment.

We reserve the right to partially ship your order, and/or cancel the unfilled portion as the result of in-hand inventory depleted at the time of processing your order. If we choose to fulfil the remaining of your order the later day, you will not be charged for additional shipping for completing the unfilled portion of your order.

Title of goods and Risks in transit
Title of goods will be transferred to you from The Gear & Gadgets Network Marketing Company on the package of your purchase delivered to carrier; thereafter, any loss and/or damage in transit will be of your risks to assume. Goods for fulfilling your order will not be initially insured unless otherwise instructed from your end; the primary shipping insurance coverage against loss and/or damage is available for a fee. Missing items
In the event if any item(s) you purchased were found missing in the content of the package that shipped for fulfilling your order, you should report to us within 5 business days upon receipt of the package. We shall not accept any claims of missing items after the given 5 days.

Claims for replacement
You have 15 business days from ship date to file a claim for replacement if any item(s) that shipped to you found damaged or malfunction on arrival. To do so, you need to help us identify the damage(s) by email with photographs of the part(s) involved. In case of malfunction, you will need to send back the defective item to us with a written account for evaluation. The replacement may either be a free of charge new item or re-conditioned upon return of the defective item. Please make sure that a Return Merchandise Authorization Code (RMAC) is given to you before sending the malfunction product back to us. Do not send any products back without Return Merchandise Authorization Code assigned, shipment that failed to comply with this requirement may be declined to accept on arrival.

Product return
All items for sale on this Storefront are covered with 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the merchandise with its original packing may be returned to us within 30 days as of its ship date for full refund.
